Anto Tech is my consultancy for building and improving software systems that matter to a business, from product facing applications and backend services to the platforms that support them since 2024.I work hands on across the full engineering process: understanding the problem, investigating existing behaviour, developing the solution, and delivering it safely into production.My experience spans 7 years at larger technology companies and growing product organizations, with a mission focus on measurable improvement and engineering quality on the long term.My work commonly involves Java, distributed backend systems, data and APIs, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code with cloud providers.
